Erick was very knowledgeable and took the time to troubleshoot the A/C, educate the customer about the system, and explain the needed repairs. The team was punctual, respectful, and kept the customer updated via text message, which was appreciated. The customer's family has been comfortable since the AC was replaced, and they are grateful for the outstanding outcome made possible by Powell's team. The customer plans to recommend Powell's to others and keep them in mind for any future HVAC services. When my AC went out at the top of the summer season, my home warranty came through, but barely. However, through my warranty I was matched with the amazing team at Powell's who really made the difference in my AC replacement situation. The warranty company didn't do a good job of communicating, scheduling, and they even made repeat mistakes ordering parts, but the team at Powell's kept in contact, escalated issues to the right people, and in the end when my warranty company STILL couldn't get it right, the Powell's crew went exceedingly above and beyond to hunt down the right part(s) and got the installation done, instead of going in circles with the warranty company, which would have continued to prolong the installation. I have to say, my family and I have been quite comfortable since our AC was replaced, and I doubt our experience would have had such a great outcome were it not for the Powell's Team. From the front desk to the team in the field - THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!! We will absolutely recommend you to others and also keep you at the top of our list for any HVAC services we may need in the future.
