Great place for a cut! Scheduled a hair color for my next visit. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who listen to what you want and can give you the results. Great atmosphere and clean salon.

I was completely over charged and I didn't know it until the last minute. $190 for a glossing to cover the blonde just on the bottom half of my hair. I've had this exact same thing done to my hair at other salons and I've never paid over $100. I will never be returning to Iron Locks. Don't waste you're money like I did.

Recently came here after leaving a different salon in Williamsville and was so impressed by the high quality service at reasonable prices! Decided to do the big chop and Jenel made me confident in my decision by making sure it was what I wanted before it was all gone. She asked questions to know exactly what I wanted and was able to produce just that! She made me completely comfortable with saying goodbye to 6 inches and I trusted she would make my hair look amazing. I've gotten so many complements that I can't wait to go back to Jenel to see what other amazing things she can do with my hair.
