We’ve been using Amanda M for YEARS for my sons. I have a very ticklish 9 year old who can be difficult to get those hard nooks and cranny’s with the buzzer, but somehow Amanda makes him look perfect every time! We won’t use anyone else!!!
Because of the COVID pandemic, I have not been there in 5 years. Been using Wahl clippers ever since However, I had no choice but to go one day recently because my hair was out of wack.
The wash and cut was worth going back.
At my walk in arrival, They really were not that busy but, the one at the cashier said that it would be about 38 minutes before they could get me in. Then one hair dresser said oh we can get you in. And said that to the other 2 fellas sitting by me.
I took my son for a haircut at the Lockport location at 11 am, no wait. Two stylists were working, and one other customer was in for a haircut. The other customer was a repeat customer from an assisted living facility and had her care taker present. I can't put onto words how genuine and kind these ladies were to everyone.
We had such a positive experience. They have excellent customer service skills, and worked very well together. Ruth gave my teenage son the best hair cut!! He loved it!
