I initially called weeks ago and spoke to a gentleman expecting my son's glasses be replaced through his insurance. My son can not see the board at school. Well I just called Lockport and I was told it was never pushed through. So I have to wait another 1-2 weeks for a replacement. I actually used to do business with Visionworks in Tonawanda and thought Lockport would be better. I am not so sure.
When I called the woman I talked to just now said she was sorry and would make sure the replacement was ordered tonight. That is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1.
Very nice and professional staff. Even though they were busy when I arrived, the wait time was short and my order was completed quickly. Scott was very helpful and answered my questions.
Great place to purchase glasses. The staff was courteous and professional. They let you browse without be right in top of you and did not try to sell me anything more than I wanted. Very reasonably priced. Did not have to wait long to get taken care of.
