Newer to this office, keep getting new hygienists and my last visit was with Josephine, it was awful. Somewhat friendly but brutal and reckless with the cleaning instrument because she seems like shes in a hurry, nothing relaxing about this cleaning. I Ieft " Better Smile" Dr. Riad in E. Amherst for many reasons, different dentists all the time, hygienists were not the best and a new dentist lying about having cavities I didn't have in order to sell me into drilling and filling I didn't need. Dr.Riads wife is working at DPR and I'm finding similarities between the two offices.Avoid Josephine the hygienist.
Very kind and attentive doctors hygienists and office staff. This is my first adult (vs pediatric) dentist (I'm in my 20s) because I had pretty severe anxiety surrounding dental visits growing up. I am very comfortable here and I'm glad my family and I found their office. Highly recommend!
Clean and professional office with competent and friendly staff. I love Dr. Messer who explains everything when doing any type of procedure. I'm glad I made the switch to DPR Dentistry. Would highly recommend this practice!
