Recently I had a cavity filled at the Lockport office. I haven't had this done since I was a little girl so I was a bit nervous. I was a long time patient of Dr. Hurley, Dr. Micoli, and now Dr. Mechtler. I was worked on by Dr. Mechtler and a dental hygienest I have never met before. I had only met Dr. Mechtler one time previous. While the work seems to be well done, both of their bedside manner was to me, quite unprofessional. They talked about tv shows, real estate, floor plans, where to build the best home and why, acreage, etc. They barely acknowledged I was even there. Everything was good with all my visits. Dr. Metchler is very thorough about the new dentures as far as right size and fit. Do far so good. 👍
