Audrey is an amazing teacher and advocate for yoga. She lives it every day in her approach to all that she does. That is, she doesn't just practice yoga, she lives it. I have taken several different yoga classes in the past, starting in the 1970's, but never one nearly as compassionate and as instructive as Yoga Bhoga! I would recommend it to anyone, no matter what their skill level or stage in life. It's so wonderful that she is right here in little Hemlock!

Audrey is always so skilled at teaching the foundations of healthy movement and strength exercises. She always helps me connect with my body and experiment with movement in a way where I feel confident, strong, and secure in my own stability. And she makes it fun!

Yoga with Audrey is very beneficial to my flexibility and serenity. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of yoga and willing to show alternate positions for any problems you may have. I definitely recommend any of her classes!!!
