St. Joseph's Imaging Associates has been providing Radiology services to the community since 1976. The staff is extremely competent, friendly and compassionate. They offer a unique experience to patients requiring their services. The Imaging Centers accommodate emergency studies as needed, and patients are rarely kept waiting past their appointment times. Most patients report positive experiences at St. Joseph's. The registrars and technicians are described as very pleasant, helpful and professional. One patient had an issue with a rude staff member in cubicle 3, who incorrectly rescheduled an appointment without justification. However, other staff members stepped in to resolve the situation. Overall, patients praise the convenience, facility, and employees at St. Joseph's Imaging. One patient noted the quick and easy process for a toddler's appointment, with a super nice receptionist and a technician who made the child feel comfortable. Customers are very pleased with the service they receive at this Radiology practice.
Excellent care at this location today. The location was clean and very organized…. I had a three hour test and my nuclear med imaging tech was very caring and made my test tolerable… this location comes highly recommended ….
Overall my experience at St. Joseph’s imaging was wonderful. The young man who took me to the back was very funny and polite and the women helping with my exam were also a hoot! I waited for a very short period of time even though they seemed pretty busy. Although, I had a little trouble with the check-in process. The women at the front desk were very kind and guided me to desk number 4 quickly even with the line. The receptionist seemed around my age, but treated me like a child. She talked down to me and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She made a couple backhanded remarks that I didn’t enjoy. Had 3 appointments scheduled for today Monday, May 19th. The registrar in cubicle 4 was very pleasant and did the best she could to accommodate me. The lady in cubicle 3 started taking over almost as soon as I sat down. Am now going to do a review on her.
The lady in cubicle 3 said I only had 2 appointments and not a bone density, she would go to check in the back. She came back and said I needed to be rescheduled until July 29th. She was very rude. When the person came to get me to go to the back. He said he would take me 2 the first 2 places I need to go and then to the bone density.
