I went to smiles by design today in Liverpool NY. Absolutely amazing. My anxiety is awful and I was almost in tears before the dentist came in.lol she was absolutely caring of my needs and walked me thru everything. I don't remember her name lol But I'm going back Wednesday for an extraction and I couldn't feel more comfortable and welcomed. Thank you all And also to Andrea for helping me get in today and walking me thru everything before I even went. You guys are amazing ?

My family has been patients at Smile Design for over 30 years. They have always treated us professionally and taken a true interest in the family. On a few occasions we have had urgent dental issues and they have always taken care of us. One of my daughters has special needs. They have always been very patient and caring with her. They treat her with respect and as the adult she now is. She loves the staff. We feel very fortunate to have Smile Design in our community.

Thank you for your patience and understanding how important this was to me, you never gave up. A true Dentist that cares. Excellent Dentist that shows compassion for the patients.
