I know it is difficult to book appointments. ME has been a starting point for many excellent new Massage Therapists. Unfortunately 3 of 4 Massage schools in NY have closed limiting new therapists and COVID had many changing careers. This Summer we may see some relief as new therapists graduate and test for license. Patience is a virtue I will continue to have. I too have had several cancelled appts. I have been happy with the stretch sessions and have also had a few facials (something I wouldn't have thought I would like). I'm looking forward to Summer and new faces.

I really like Massage Envy, but their turnover with therapists has become a real problem. You cannot get a massage on the books for months and the last six services out of nine have been canceled by Massage Envy due to changes in therapists schedule. I am at a loss to get a massage. Even stretching has become difficult to get. I have so many credits built up. You have to pay 20 per month to suspend your membership and to be able to use credits. And you have to fill out the form every month. Twice a manager was supposed to call me and never did. Very frustrated.

I got dual services 90 min facial by Jenna and 90 min massage by Erin. Both were fantastic! Jenna is friendly and very knowledgeable about skincare. Erin's firm pressure worked out all the huge knots i had in my shoulders
