The soil arrived at the perfect consistency—slightly damp without being wet, which made it easy to spread and work with. It wasn’t dusty or dry, and it was finely sifted so we didn’t have to deal with clumps, boulders, or even small rocks. “We had a great experience having Jim’s crew working on our property. We were sold pretty quickly with his company by meeting and talking with his workers. They were relatable and didn’t try to push us in any other direction. They worked with our existing firepit and made it light years better. Even still they have come out to answer questions we have. We have even had them over for additional projects. Their customer service is top notch, no having to dread an automated answering service or the international calling centers. They have a real person who is there to answer questions and take information. She is wonderful and definitely super fun to talk to and gives you what you need. “I've had many trees removed over the years. Without question, Dillenburgh Brothers Tree Service were the best tree removal company I ever worked with. I don't usually write reviews but their work yesterday was exceptional! Joe gave me a better-than-expected estimate and told me that if I wasn't 100% satisfied, the job would be free. He and his team were friendly, detailed, there to answer questions, and very hardworking. Not only did they do a great job dropping and removing two trees that were close to other homes and electrical wires, they cleaned off our cars (that got dirty from the sawdust), and thoroughly raked and cleaned the spots where the trees were. Honestly, when we went outside this morning, you really couldn't tell that we had two trees removed yesterday. I highly recommend Dillenburgh Bothers Tree Service.“
