Had 2 minor, vinyl siding repairs done at the 20' level on my house. Zach was professional, competent, friendly and clearly explained everything he was doing. Took maybe 40 minutes from arrival to departure. Cost was reasonable as I don't climb ladders anymore. 100% satisfied! Thank you!

We had a tree fall on our house and used this company to do a lot of the larger repairs (roof, siding, and gutters). All employees that came to our house were kind, hard working, and professional.
The frustration came with communication! Before the contract was signed they wanted to talk to me daily. After the contract was signed everything changed. No one wanted to answer questions/call back. I called/texted multiple times. I was always told someone would call me back...they never would did. Or my calls/texts would go unanswered.

We just had Graves install a new roof and sky light last week. More of the same superlatives to share. Excellent price due to a promotion, and they started work within a couple of weeks of the quote. Finished in one day! Bob and his Oaks crew were friendly, courteous, and worked cleanly and efficiently as always. Great workmanship as expected. Now we have to figure out how to get them to do our updates inside our home!
Graves responded to my inquiry and set an appt promptly. The technician was on time; friendly & professional; and completed the work ahead of schedule with excellent quality and per the quote. Very pleasant experience and I would recommend them highly!

I just had Graves Improvement replace my garage trim and fix my patio stairs Rich did a great job and the price was also good. It’s good to know there are people out there who do the work you asked for and don’t take advantage of senior citizens
