I went in solely for an annual physical to maintain a primary care provider and avoid being dropped as a patient. During the visit, the doctor asked routine questions, and afterward the office coded the appointment as something entirely unrelated to the reason for my visit. This resulted in charges that should not apply to a standard annual physical.

When I questioned this, I was essentially told that if a doctor asks questions I don’t want billed, I should refuse to answer them which is an unreasonable and unrealistic expectation for a patient during a medical appointment.

I’m deeply disappointed by the unprofessional behavior I witnessed from some of the nurses at this practice. Gossiping about patients and colleagues not only violates ethical standards but also undermines trust in the care environment. Healthcare professionals are expected to uphold confidentiality and foster a respectful atmosphere—this conduct did the opposite. I hope this feedback encourages reflection and a commitment to more professional, compassionate behavior moving forward

Do not come here. Absolute crap hole since Crouse took over do not come here if you want a good medical ractice. No one there knows how to answer calls/pick up the phone, apparently the billing portion of being a medical practice became too much and they outsourced it so you can't even take care of your bill with them, staff that does not know whether you have a deductible or copay with your medical plan even though you've gone there multiple times before. Sure the doctors are fantastic, but Crouse just ruins everything they acquire.
