I was experiencing an eye emergency, and they took me in right away. The staff and doctors were incredibly helpful, kind, and considerate of both my time and my concerns. The office was clean, spacious, and very welcoming. I truly appreciated the level of care and professionalism during a stressful situation. Highly recommend.
All went well, although there was a longer wait than what I expected. My prescriptions were not called in until the end of the day even though my Dr said to start them ASAP. Because of other commitments and weather, I was unable to pick them up for 3 days, I also had to call for an after visit summary. Since this was my first visit there, I now know what to expect. I also heard during my appt that they were short handed and later heard their computer system was down, so I'm hoping my next appt this week is much smoother,
After becoming a recent cataract graduate (both eyes being rid of cataracts) I wanted to write a review. Had my first cataract/lens replacement 3 years ago. I was nervous, as I'm sure most folks would be. After all, this is messing with your eyes. We only get one set. From the moment I arrived the staff was great. Dr. Dexter and the entire team. They took time to explain things and answered my many questions. The cataract surgery went smoothly. The procedure itself seems very fast (maybe 10 minutes or so) and is completely painless.
