The entire staff of the Liverpool office was phenomenal. I should have completed a review before now but have been traveling. I was there in August - Kristi Custer is a terrific manager - juggles and problem solves while demonstrating great service and making everyone feel welcomed. Dr. Suffolk and Kyle tended to my technical and medical eye needs. Jackie was terrific. I went in the day before my appointment and they were busy both days - handled walk ins as if they were interruption and still gave everyone attention. Don’t believe these one star reviews that you’re seeing on here about Nakia. They are far from the truth. Those people don’t know her personally and are just trying to giver her a bad reputation. I have known Nakia for ten years and she has always been there for me. I live an hour north of Clay and I always make the drive to see her at her store because I am comfortable talking with her. She is outstanding at her job and she truly knows how to make someone comfortable and make an annoying process, so much easier. If anyone is ever looking for a recommendation in the area for glasses, I will always send them to her! (:
