Juju is super kind and knowledgeable. This was my first time getting a professional facial and massage, and it was super relaxing. My skin feels so clear now, and I got a bunch of tips on how to maintain better skin! It was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back !! 😄 (p.s. my eyebrows have never looked better in my life)

I highly recommend this spa. It has a wide range of facial and body treatments. I always came out relaxed, pampered and feeling beautiful. The owner, Emily is very genuine to all her clients. The spa provides top notch services. It's a great place to treat yourself.

I am furious at this place. I had nice experiences in the past, but today they refused to provide the service I PRE-PAID for. I purchased a package of 5 facials a while back (with no expuration) and was given 5 cards that had my account/member on them.The last time I was there I did not have one of the cards, but they were able to look up my file by my name and documented my usage of the 4th facial.Today, I brought the last card that I could find (no clue how one disappeared, but it did). Upon opening my folder they said that I had to use the card I had for my last visit, which made no sense!I paid IN-FULL for the 5 facials, my credit card was charged. Each card was merely a token that corresponded with my account/member#. It was clearly written in my folder that only 4 of the 5 facials were redeemed, yet they refused to provide the service.I recently had surgery and was going there to relax. This wound up being a very stressful and upsetting experience.Lastly, I feel badly for the estitican who lost out on potentially booking someone else for the time slot and the generous tip I planned on leaving.Very BAD BUSINESS!!!Service: Massage
