Rich is a pleasure to deal with and more importantly is his honesty and expertise. Brought in my laptop that started having issues and he had the problem solved and my laptop returned to me quickly. He took time to explain the problem and how he solved it. This is why I prefer to do business with local businesses instead of big box stores, just plain old better service!
Charlie WAS and STILL IS the very best!! When I was traveling frequently and used my laptop to deliver programs to corporations Charlie was A+ in fast service and the problem was always fixed in 1 visit. Many MANY times he stayed late so I could make a flight. Recently I wanted to review for myself a complex medical image that was unavailable on iOS but on a complicated disc format. Charlie was able to open it and uploaded it to my laptop AND put an icon right on the screen so I didn’t even have to touch the C drive. Most appreciated was that he stayed late to finish so I was able to read the disc, review the info and relax.
Would not go anywhere else!

I have been going to Shore Thing Computers for over a decade now. Rich is a saint. He is gracious and patient when you go over issues with your computer. He always fixes my PC issues and very promptly too.
