When I arrived, she again took the time to thoroughly explain everything before I went in the back, which made me feel really prepared and comfortable. Samantha was incredibly easy to talk to and created such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. She made me feel more than comfortable throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service, I can't wait to come back to get sprayed for my wedding!
