I moved to Lindenhurst one year ago and needed to find a new primary doctor. Was I ever so thrilled to find Dr. Mary Mattheos. Every experience I have had so far has been wonderful. I would recommend this office highly.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mattheos for a number of years I can say that she is very knowledgeable, listens to your questions and works with you to get to the root of your ailment(s). And the staff there are great, especially Christina and Donna who have been there for years!!

This office has a serious communication problem. They NEVER answer the phone, and voicemails—no matter how urgent—are rarely, if ever, returned. I'm currently dealing with a significant insurance issue and neither I nor my insurance company can get anyone to call us back, despite multiple attempts. This isn't a one-time thing—it's routine. Every time I'm in the office, there are several staff members at the front desk, so it's hard to understand why it's so difficult to reach someone or receive a callback in a reasonable time frame. Overall, the quality of care during appointments is good, but the office's failure to communicate makes things incredibly frustrating.
