Overall, patients express gratitude and would return.
On time, professional, kind excellent care. I am always treated with such thoughtfulness by the staff, and pleased as heck with the professional help I get from physicians. I love Ahava: I have never been disappointed.
I have had nothing but positive experiences whenever I have been to Ahava medical in Liberty. My husband has been to urgent care a few times over the past few years and now we go to the optometrist there and are really happy with the doctors, nurses, and front desk staff. My only complaint is I was unable to get my records forwarded from a central office and it took months! The staff in Liberty was so helpful they directed me to a manager who sent them directly.
Came in with a head injury, I was afraid of being treated unprofessionally due to my past experience at other medical locations, but everyone here from the receptionist to the nurses, to the doctor, were angels. I wish I remembered the nurse’s name, I asked & I forgot smh, but she had the cool Naruto crocs, & Dr. George(name on medicine) the crew that I was met with exemplified true professionalism. Thank you so much for your patience, kindness, warmth, gentle work around the injury and transparency. The student nurse is truly in good hands. 🙌🏾
