I was mis led about an online purchase, believed I was entitled to a free gift with purchase.i was told quite infatactly it was not the case.
Besides all that I was previously looking for a blush and eye liner,and the sales girl couldn't have been sweeter.i wish I asked her name,she was very helpful.
Today, I had Sarah at the Beauty Bar do my eyebrows! Wow! My brows have NEVER looked better! She's a pro and she's also AH-mazing! I felt so pampered. Then, Isabella helped me select a perfect color in the Tinted brand foundation stick. Such a sweet person! Finally, the cashier, Gitanjali, with her lovely smile, helped me checkout, apply for an Ulta card, and provide the discount and free gift. The best ULTA experience I've ever had! They get a 100% from me!!
One thing about this store… there’s gonna be about 12 people on shift, none of them are gonna say hello to you but don’t worry they will all take turns following you around the store making you feel like a criminal. The manager bribed me into following their Instagram when I asked for free samples which I know goes against their customer service training. Giving 3 stars because the girl who always works the register (dark hair, fair skin, she wears a jumbo sparkly b necklace and ring) is so sweet and it’s well stocked.
