This place is awesome! Great staff and very understanding. I had a specific situation and they did their best to help me and were very honest. Said was very helpful and his managers helped me and were very kind. I recommend fully!

Update.
Went to Levittown Gym today and was pleasantly surprised. Although the front desk attendant still didn't look up from her phone, the place was much cleaner, all the treadmills were working and seemed to be updated.
Changed review from 1 star to 4 star. I still think customer service needs to improve and the locker rooms need updating, but it is more like the Gym I remember.
Still believe Farmingdale and Garden city are the better options.

Just take a quick tour of the place and it will be evident that these 5 star reviews are fake.
The gym meets the standards for equipment. Gym tends to be on late side when it comes to fixing broken equipments. Many of the workers doesn't seem to be happy working and don't greet members coming in.
