Do not go here- worst experience ever. Staff is beyond rude and incompetent. Waiting area was empty, now I know why. Wish I didn’t have to even give it one star. Why isn’t zero stars an option?

visited this urgent care expecting prompt medical attention, but the experience was anything but urgent. I waited over an hour in the lobby without being acknowledged, while at least two people who arrived after me were seen before I was. The clinic wasn’t even busy, and there was no explanation given for the delay. If they were short-staffed or facing any issues, that should have been communicated upfront. This level of disorganization and lack of respect for patients’ time is unacceptable. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this facility to others.

I booked an appointment for 5pm online I showed up 454 everything went through I was sitting in there for 45 minutes to be called watching multiple walk ins go before me this has to be one of the worst urgent cares in the city of new york they definitely need some investigating I don't think any are even licensed in any shape of form they just there for a check and do bare minimum they need to get their shit together don't go here at all I promise you

I went here after getting sick while visiting family in Levittown. No complaints about the doctor and/or treatment. However even though they got my insurance info the day of the visit and I paid my co-pay of $36 they continue to bill me. I have called, sent proof, and just today I got another bill. This is the fourth one! Same bill over and over saying I still owe $36. And their billing comes from some place in Maryland, not even directly from the office in Levittown. I’m beyond frustrated as no one knows what they are doing when it comes to billing. I should have never gone here.

Service is SO bad. Don’t bother wasting your time going here. I needed a simple question answered and waited around a hour just for them to tell me they don’t know. How do you not know, you’re literally the doctors. I was prescribed antibiotics pills that were to big and wanted to know if they come in any other form. Tried calling multiple times, no straight answer.

Dr Jeanne is amazing. The facility is clean, and the staff is very friendly. Would go here before the emergency room at my local hospital anyday.
