Called beginning of August. Told him where I lived and where the service would be done and that he couldn’t get out here until September, discussed pricing options and was even given a quote . Call him on September 6th and now he doesn’t do work this far and won’t be able to get out here anytime soon let alone this month. Just be up front if you can’t and/or don’t want to take the job. Instead I wasted a month of time waiting.

Glen was very accommodating and spent 30 minutes on the phone with me, even though he knew he could not repair my RV that day. He made a plan to meet us. He wanted to troubleshoot our AC before ordering any parts. He was able to put a capacitor on the unit and fixed our problems. He was an absolute professional who is honest and very experienced in RV repairs. If you need an RV repaired, Glenn is the guy to call. They couldn’t fix a simple hot water tank. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone…should’ve been a walk in the park for an rv repair shop…what a joke

We had a great experience. Our AC quit working and we called Glen on the recommendation of the campground. He came out the next morning and quickly found the problem. Glen had us going again in just a few minutes. Good work for a fair price and we enjoyed our brief interaction.

OMG! Miracle Worker is still an understatement. We had a water leak that went undetected for months in our camper on a seasonal site, and ruined the entire rear section of the camper. The wood rotted away to nothing. Glen worked his magic, rebuilt and replaced everything, and after a week of work ON SITE at the campground, you can not tell anything ever happened. Also, we have now had a couple of changes to the floor plan and he has performed those, and you can not tell that that is not how the camper was originally built. Glen is a GREAT guy. His main goal always seems to be to make the client extremely happy.Service: Body & Trim

I cannot recommend Glenn more to folks with RV issues!! He went above and beyond to make sure our furnace was working. Way above.He is pleasant to work with. Funny and honest.Has many many years of experience. And really knows his stuff!! Great communication as well.He even offered to give us advice later on down the road via text or a call!!! Wow. Glen is our hero! Our furnace stopped working as temperatures began to dip below 30. We live in our RV full time so we needed some help right away. After another guy wasted our time and didn’t fix the issue, we called Glen.Glen went ABOVE AND BEYOND to identify the problems, even after some unexpected issues came up with the furnace.He is extremely straightforward, knowledgeable and experienced. He explained everything to us and made sure we were happy and WARM before he left.My advice to you is to call Glen FIRST! He will do a great job for you and truly cares about doing the job right and making his customers happy.
