Servpro of Western Dutchess came out to help us take a look at a water damage we had after a washing machine accident. Jamel and Christian were there first thing in the morning and worked quickly to assess how much of our drywall and insulation had been affected from the water and made sure to explain everything to me as they went. Their professionalism and care were felt and appreciated and I would recommend this Servpro to anyone that needed it!

Sano and his team were great! Very professional and and efficient. They explained the process of what they needed to do thoroughly and clearly. Jose & Dasano helped us with our finished basement & bathroom where our septic backed up into causing a big mess. My husband and I were very overwhelmed. Jose was always available answering our questions through text very quickly! Both Jose and Dasano were very professional. They were able to quickly dry out and clean our basement to where it smells back to normal. Thanks again guys for all your hard work!
