Clean and safe inside! I had PT twice once for my arm and second for my knees. Jamie was my therapist. She designed the exercise plan and I also used the equipment ( bike and weights) to help get my knees to bend. I'm actually walking again! Jamie is a professional and worked well with me. She explains everything to you about how the exercises help with the condition your dealing with. Village Physical therapy fitness is stacked with exercise machines and has room inside to be social distancing while exercising. Great place to have a kids birthday party. The gym in the back is where the party's are held. Lots of room for kids to run around. The party planners do a good job with activities for children.
