I don’t think you will find more helpful office staff or more knowledgeable and friendly installers. They made the entire process of getting a gas fireplace insert super easy from beginning to end! I can’t wait for the cooler months!!

Worth the drive from Rochester. They were incredibly helpful with narrowing down what models to consider and the installation requirements, with a nice showroom and a variety of gas and wood fireplaces to see.
