Took in 4 pairs of uniform pants to be hemmed and cuffed ($60). Gave them a week to do the job and I paid in full at the time of drop off. When I came in for the pants, they weren’t ready and Susan says, “come back in the morning”. She was as nonchalant as she could be. Of course, I started fussing (wanted to cuss but refrained). When I returned the following morning (like I had time to run back and forth to a dry cleaners) and I called before I went in, they were ready. Susan had the pants and wrote on the back of a business card that they would give a $5 credit for the next visit. The only way I will return is if I am desperate.
