We had a great time at the salt den in latham! It was so relaxing and clean and peaceful and the staff was very friendly. They were accommodating when the snow made us late. Worth the splurge of a private session!

This was my 2nd experience at the Salt Den, my first being a session in the den and now a skin therapy facial. Both experiences were so relaxing and I left there feeling much better then when I went in. Great atmosphere and staff is very friendly and attentive. Definitely going back.

This was my first experience in a salt den and I was pleasantly surprised. As an allopathic and holistic health care professional, I would recommend trying this. It was grounding, relaxing and calming to my body and mind after recent extensive travel. It was very helpful in clearing up persistent congestion after having the flu several weeks ago. Everything was clean, neat and appealing. The staff was pleasant, helpful, respectful and very informative. My total experience was truly delightful and I will definitely return.
