Dr. McNaughton was Excellent. He was Very Knowledgeable and explained every Important detail to me about my Dogs ailment. He Sincerely Cares about the Animals he treats and was Very Efficient and timely. Great Peraonality too! 👍
I have a cat with high anxiety when she needs to go to the vet. I do not like to sedate her if it is not needed. The staff is extremely understanding and helpful and does their absolute best with making her feel calm while being cared for. I appreciate the whole process from walking in the door to leaving.
I have to say that this was a wonderful experience. Our boy Baloo is very stressed and over reactive and scared. They were so patient and understanding. They didn't push him or force a needle on him. They even played on the floor with him. 10/10. Best Vet experience I've had by far.
