Super Friendly ownership. I was in a time crunch and they helped my turnaround time be cut in half. I also was given a complimentary Laundering of a Chef coat which truly was a Huge help. My 3 piece suit and coat came out Perfect and stain free after a wild wedding weekend. Blood removed from collar, foot prints are no longer there on my coat and my stuff is Freshhhh! Highly recommend!
Great customer service, quick turnaround times, and they always manage to get seemingly impossible stains out. Tried 3 places before we found Lapels, but now we won’t go anywhere else.
They also preserved my wedding and reception dresses beautifully. So grateful for the care and meticulous work they put into that process.
These people are always fantastic. I need my clothes for work organized particular way so that I can travel quickly. They always take the time to organize them and the staff at the front desk are always tremendously helpful and professional five stars really aren’t enough.
