I dropped some items for cleaning which needed to be done by a specific date. One of the items ended up not being done by the date I requested. The staff member immediately provided me a 20% discount even though I did not make a fuss or complaint or have any expectation for such. Issues and mistakes happen but when a business is able to recognize an error and attempt to make up for it, especially without any prompting at all from the customer I recognize that as good business ethics. I truly appreciate the gesture and would absolutely return to this business as they made me feel valued as their customer and made no hesitation to right a wrong as best they were able.
