I have never been anywhere to receive a service when I felt so listened to. I have had 2 extremely traumatic waxing experiences, but 1 relatively decent 'sugaring' experience. I was hesitant to start all over again. I found Carrie here on yelp, told her my situation, and she booked me for a full hour! However, I was done in 40 minutes. I have very fair skin and very thick coarse hair so this process is hard for me on the pain scale. She gave me a stress ball and when she could see I was reaching my limit she would move to an easier section to give me a break. No bleeding! No bruising!
