I had an appointment with Temperature Experts on 8-12-25. Will, came out at 10am to do an audit and inspection of my heating, air-conditioning and gas fireplace. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He went through all my systems, made several recommendations and was on his way after about an hour. He told me the office would call and get my information for National Fuel as they would be reimbursing me for the inspection he had performed. When the office called I talked to a wonderful woman named Patti. She got all of the relevant information and she filled out the paperwork for the gas company rebate. Will is the man, He, Wally and Jonathan installed a completely new heating and cooling system for me with new ductwork and zoning. No shortcuts from this crew. They are honest and true craftsmen who do exactly what they say their going to do. Thank you fellas.

Very happy with the furnace installation and would recommend Temperature Experts to anyone needing HVAC services. The team of installers were very professional and great with communication. Also appreciated the quick response to my initial call and emails from the office administrator. Excellent customer service and overall experience.
