We shopped around and we are so glad we chose Empire for our countertops. The competition made us believe we had to settle , saying "it is natural stone and you will get cracks and fissures". Making it seem like we had no choice. The entire Empire sales team took the time to show multiple options and explained the whole process. They were very friendly with no pressure at all. You get to choose the slabs you want and inspect for defects. They have great tetechnology to show you the expected look and adjust the "pattern" layout to your liking and help you avoid defects in the final product. Fantastic service, appointments locked in for measuring and layout and install. The guys were patient about moving slabs for us to see...great experience all in all!! The installation people were polite and on time, and did a wonderful job. Within 45 minutes of them leaving I receive a call from the main office to see if I was happy with everything, and I really am very happy...thank you Empire!!

I can’t say enough about Empire Countertops! Johanna is so nice and helped me choose a color to compliment my cabinets. Very fair pricing and quick!!! The “measurement man” was nice and professional. The install went very smoothly! Josh and Tony are cool guys!
