Beauty pools is prompt, professional and they follow through. The service Bill Gates ( yes but not that Bill Gates) has a crew of men and women that have the skills to handle any situation. They have bailed my buttocks out if more than 1 self inflicted pool emergencies!

Beauty has been servicing our Beauty-built pool for over 15 years. Their quality has been outstanding - the pool has held up very well all these years, with no issues at all with the tile or the structure. The service we receive is prompt and professional. We've never had an issue other than, after 15 years, our waterfall motor died. They fixed it quickly and very reasonably. Overall, I would recommend Beauty to anyone looking to build or service a pool. They are, by far, the best pool company in Western New York. Ask for Tom or Adam. They get you serviced quickly.Randy S
