I was happy to get an appointment for the very next day from Sears services when my 10 year old Kenmore dryer started screeching at me. My technician, Charles, arrived on time and was pleasant, knowledgeable, and described the issue to us in detail. He was extremely helpful in guiding us to decide if and how to go forward with repairs. I would use Sears service again, Thank you.

Incredibly unsatisfied. The technician has no-call no-showed twice now, and because the estimated repair window is 8-12, I’ve had to take both days off of work and still don’t have a working fridge. Any number that I try to call, even the local number, takes me to the AI assistant and when you ask for a representative it says they are an “AI only” company and you cannot talk to a real person. I confirmed my appointment through their automated texts twice, but when I click the link to track my technician’s arrival, the link doesn’t work. So I have no way of getting ahold of anybody to talk to about this. Worst customer experience I have ever had.

First technician analyzed problem a d ordered parts. Second technician came and replaced the broken parts in no time at all!!! Great service and 100% happy I bought an additional warranty!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
