Decent location and better maintained than other Ollie's. Good customer service. Hit or miss with store cleanliness. Well stocked usually. Since there's no Big Lots around anymore, they have a chance to really step it up. Here's hoping.
Ollie's has been a great edition to the mall plaza since they opened. It's hard not to come out of there with more than you intended to buy, all at absolute bargain prices. The staff has always been courteous and eager to help, making it a pleasant experience every single time.
Ollie's is like a thrift store of new things. Chaotic good. Like a step down from Big Lots. I had to return something that didn't work well and it was quick and easy. Also kinda like Disney, fun to people watch there.
