She is incredibly knowledgeable & experienced in the field. We both left feeling 'lighter' like a huge burden was lifted. It's something that has to be experienced because trying to explain the process and the immediate benefits we both felt wouldn't do it justice. The next day, my friend and I both got deep tissue/Myofascial release massages with Sandy. We tend to carry stress in our shoulders & necks. Sandy was able to work the knots out of our muscles and release and relax myofascial. I have a bad back from a MVA which has caused me years of pain. We both experienced greater range of motion, a noticeable reduction in pain, and our bodies and minds feeling relaxed. We went back to the hotel and took a long afternoon nap. We were so relaxed after our massages and had the best sleep without any nagging pain. We met the Owner & the therapy dog, Romeo.
