“My friend and I go on a girls' get-away at the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel on the Lake yearly. We came to Eight Limbs for an Energy Healing/Chakra Cleanse the first day with Lisa Margaret. She is incredibly knowledgeable & experienced in the field. We both left feeling 'lighter' like a huge burden was lifted. It's something that has to be experienced because trying to explain the process and the immediate benefits we both felt wouldn't do it justice. The next day, my friend and I both got deep tissue/Myofascial release massages with Sandy. We tend to carry stress in our shoulders & necks. Sandy was able to work the knots out of our muscles and release and relax myofascial. I have a bad back from a MVA which has caused me years of pain. We both experienced greater range of motion, a noticeable reduction in pain, and our bodies and minds feeling relaxed. We went back to the hotel and took a long afternoon nap. We were so relaxed after our massages and had the best sleep without any nagging pain. We met the Owner & the therapy dog, Romeo. Everyone was so pleasant, personable and knowledgeable.When we called to make appointments, we left detailed messages on the answering machine. We received return phone calls within 24hrs. They are working to improve the phone system so please be patient. The results and the therapeutics are so beneficial and the providers are excellent at what they do.
