My friend and I go on a girls' get-away at the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel on the Lake yearly. We came to Eight Limbs for an Energy Healing/Chakra Cleanse the first day with Lisa Margaret. She is incredibly knowledgeable & experienced in the field. We both left feeling 'lighter' like a huge burden was lifted. It's something that has to be experienced because trying to explain the process and the immediate benefits we both felt wouldn't do it justice. The next day, my friend and I both got deep tissue/Myofascial release massages with Sandy. We tend to carry stress in our shoulders & necks. I started going for a deep tissue massage back in February with Don John. I was having a left hip replacement in April, and was relying heavily on my right leg. I was in a lot of pain while walking but after a couple of sessions with Don John was pain free and walking better! He is wonderful, listens and advises me. I recommend him to everyone ! Thanks DJ!
