He came to my home to provide an estimate for a new range hood and vent system, and from start to finish, he was simply outstanding. Todd was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable—he took the time to thoroughly assess the space, answer all my questions, and explain everything in a clear, thoughtful way. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a personable approach. Tracy Parke Gibas is the absolute best!This was my first time buying a home, so I had a lot of questions and looked at some houses that were obviously a bad fit.
