I discovered Vivi about a year ago and it’s the only place I come to now! I’ve finally found a consistent nail salon with amazing nail techs and they are always so nice! I always walk out of the salon very happy with my nails (I get powder dip). And the best part is they close at 7:30 so they always fit me in when I get off work at 6:00 nearby. 5 stars to Vivi!!!

Horrible place, DO NOT COME! Came for a leg wax, had to use google translate to communicate what I wanted after they tried giving me a manicure, then argued with each other about how to do the wax, proceeded to look up A VIDEO and then just used tweezers on my entire leg! They told me I had too much hair and when I tried to leave, they told me no I had to wait. When i left and looked at my legs, all the hair was still there except for maybe a few spots. Also didn’t even do the back of my leg and I payed for the entire leg.

I so badly wish I was here giving this place a 5 star review but unfortunately as a first time customer here today I’m leaving disappointed. The customer service and atmosphere was lovely, however my nails came out TERRIBLE. I spent $55 to get dip powder with chrome gel and they are so chunky and lumpy it’s awful. Pics don’t even do it justice. I don’t even realize in the moment because the lights were dim but as soon as I got I to my car I could see they were a mess.

went today for my birthday nails and got an acrylic fill in, fully chrome with a shape change and some shortening & a gel pedicure (just changed the color). everyone was so friendly, salon was so clean and pretty, salon was packed when i got there but wait time still wasn’t long at all. both the fill in and pedi came out absolutely beautiful and so perfect which was so relieving considering i’ve been trying to find a good reasonably priced nail salon close to home for so long but today i finally found it. everything together was $108 before the tip and i’ve honestly never been so happy to spend $108 in my life. today was my first time here & i will 100% be returning
