I’ve worn glasses most of my life, and have had some bad experiences with eye doctors. Eye Peek was completely different—the staff were caring and friendly and helped me stay within my out-of-pocket budget. I had an exam done as well—quick, painless, and the optometrist explained what they were doing the whole time, which was helpful for my anxiety. Excellent customer service and I love my new frames! I’ll be back.

I went to Eye Peak because I wasn't happy with the frame selection at my opthamologist. I brought my presciption, and was delighted with the insight into selection that Debbie and all the staff brought. Unfortunately, there were issues with the final lenses. However, the true test of great customer service is problem resolution. And Eye Peek shines here. I walked in to hear them on the phone ordering a new set of lenses for someone else. I next described my problem, and instead of using a quick fix (which might have been possible) they validated my concerns and completely agreed with me. The staff at Eye Peek are second to none. They’re always helpful and friendly no matter the day or situation. They’ve bailed me out of countless jams - objects in eye from work, lost contacts, the list goes on! I now live states away, but will be planning my eye exams into trips to the Adirondacks.
