I didn’t realize my mistake until about a week before our appointment. I called in a panic and they were wonderful! They rescheduled clients, opened early and all was fine. And they did such a wonderful job! We all looked beautiful if I may say so myself. Gloss is a first rate salon with wonderful women as owners. I can’t say enough good things about them!“
