I was going to a high end salon in Saratoga for years, and paying high end prices. I needed my bangs trimmed and they couldn’t get me in for a week. I was shopping in the Aviation Mall saw Top Cuts and I was thinking how bad could someone screw up bangs. Joanne cut my bangs the best way I have ever had! I have very think hair and told her my bangs are always to heavy. She did them perfectly. She said I can cut your hair and thin it out! Okay what the heck! Best hair cut I’ve had in years! I’ve been going to her ever since and she does my color and high/low lights! Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Tammy at this salon in the mall and you won't be dissappointed. She did an amazing job, took her time to make sure it was what I wanted and styled it great. The price compared to other salons was much better and well worth the work she did.
