I've been coming here for over 3 years and not once have I had a negative experience. Melanie is amazing she's quick but she knows what shes doing and I absolutely love how she takes her time on any design I show her I want. Helen the new manager is also a sweetheart she always accommodates my mom and our friends. We became regulars here every 2 weeks were back for fill ins. I trust this salon so much they did my nails for my wedding for myself and my friends. My friends currently travel all the way from Nassua county to come here and they don't regret it. Been going here for years stopped awhile back just because I wanted my nails to breathe. When I went back I started going to Emily she is super sweet, gentle, and caring. She will do any design exactly how you show it to her! Place is always crowded so definitely recommend going during the week if you can I'm making an appointment!

I visit urban nails once a month and I always treat myself to their spa pedicures. They never disappoint me ! The shop is always clean and the staff is always so friendly. Today I tried their dip powder manicure ( I usually go to a different place for powder) and May did such a great job. I always leave Urban nails with a smile on my face. I highly recommend them .
