My sister and I chose them because we had to part with our childhood home and many generational items handed down that are hard to part with. I cannot say enough great things about Rich McHale and Teresa. I worked with them for a mold remediation for a home I’m about to buy. They understood the urgency of our timeline and worked diligently to accommodate us within their already busy schedule. They were always transparent, honest and timely with us. We hired RDM restoration to do some work in our basement & attic. Mold removal, weather proofing, installation. They were reliable and professional during the entire job. Rich McHale was extremely professional and accessible during the entire process. Explaining everything Thoroughly and clearly. I would Recommend them to anyone. Had a great experience using RDM.
