John is fantastic.
He has a wonderful product in Hunter Douglas blinds. His price is reasonable and he installed them well. He is honest and trustworthy. He is a joy to work with. In the past he has repaired several shades for me in a timely fashion.
I highly recommend him to anyone who needs shades cleaned, repaired or replaced.

John was fantastic in getting my blinds back to original condition. He was so knowledgeable about the blind system I had, since it was in the home before I bought it. His prices are beyond reasonable and the turnaround time was great. John ended up getting me a replacement rail as well and walked me through the entire process. He knows his stuff! He helped me save hundreds, if not thousands, on new blinds. Definitely a life long customer.
Glad to have found John. He came to Ithaca and measured for new blinds. He was accommodating as to appointment timing and arrived exactly when he said he would. Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. While measuring for new blinds, I mentioned a problem with another existing blind (which he had not installed). He went above and beyond to order me a part and fixed the problematic blind. I would definitely use John again!
