Called office to verify age of softener that appeared to be not working properly.. Was told to expect someone to contact us to check it out.. TEN minutes later we had a pair of tier one techs in our cellar??. Water was tested and softener checked.. Good to go!!! ZERO high pressure B S trying to sell us new unit!! Rare in today’s market….

Well tank and switch gave up after a very long time (we’ve lived here for 29 years and never had it replaced, I think it was first installed in the 70’s!) and Shutes came out right away fixed the problem, friendly and professional. Trustworthy and fair. Our go-to guys for sure!

I called because we were having trouble with our jet pump system. They had a truck and two guys out to my house within half an hour. They do not service these jet pump systems anymore because they can be very nasty to troubleshoot/fix. They recommended replacing the jet pump with a submersible pump, quoted a fair price and could have had me up and running with water again the same day. I was not looking to spend the money on a new pump system at the moment, so Scott provided me with a great recommendation for someone who still does work on jet pump systems. When the time comes that I have to replace this pump, I will for sure call Shutes.
