we called Shute's to have them come out and check our water system. They were there in less than 2 hours. I wasn't personally able to be there so the tech (my fiancée said his name started with a T but couldn't remember it specifically) allowed her to video him doing the work so I could learn how to change the water filter myself next time. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very willing to help in any way he could. There aren't many companies like this that exist anymore in today's world. It's extremely reassuring to know we have Schute available if and when a problem exists! I'd give 10 stars if I could and would absolutely recommend them to everyone!
Want to send a shout out a HUGE THANK to Scott, Matt and Austin for installing my new water softening system today at Spa On The River. The guys Arrived on time and did an outstanding job with the installation. They were very professional, got the job done in a timely manner, (in fact very quickly) efficiently. They are so knowledgeable they showed me everything after the installation that I would have to do which is basically low maintenance for me! Shute's Water Systems is absolutely incredible. Not only do they have amazing customer service (shout out to Scott) but their crews are fantastic. Gavin did most of the work in our basement (didn't catch the other gentleman's name - sorry!) and he was superb. Given the work that had to be done, it was a relatively fast process. Pricing was reasonable and the quality is top-notch. I am so glad Essential Home Inspections referred them! I wholeheartedly recommend them.
